WHERE DO I SEND MY HOA DUES?

HOA dues new coupon books will be mailed to you before the beginning of July.

There will be options to pay by check, online or credit card.

Quarterly dues are on the 1st of each quarter (April, July, Oct, Jan) and are late 30 days after that date due no later than July 31^st to avoid late fee this quarter.

Currently the rate is $106.25 per Quarter ($425 Annually)

Dues pay for the community landscaping, lighting, pools, parks, lake, fountains, etc.

Keep in mind that the HOA is to keep our neighborhood in great shape and home values up.  If you notice an area of disrepair, please contact us at www.hoacr.com.  All complaints and suggestions are kept confidential.
